Coaching is not psychotherapy and should not be use as a substitue for mental health care.

Getting started

Call or email me to schedule a free telephone consultation to discuss what you are looking for in a coach.  Subsequent coaching sessions can be scheduled conveniently, often for 30 minutes each week.  Sessions can be done by telephone, face-to-face or by email according to your location and needs.

Fees

Costs are based on the length of your coaching contract with me.  I will be happy to provide fee guidelines upon request.

Because there is usually not a medical necessity for coaching, most insurance plans will not pay the fees.  However, coaching may be a tax-deductible expense for your business.
